Disposable medical gown
A disposable medical gown is a protective garment worn by healthcare workers to prevent contamination or infection from body fluids, blood, and other potentially infectious materials. It is commonly used in hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
The disposable medical isolation gown is typically made from nonwoven material, such as polypropylene or SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond), which makes it lightweight, breathable, and resistant to fluid. The fabric is also designed to be tear-resistant to prevent accidental exposure.
Disposable medical gowns usually have elastic cuffs at the wrists and a tie closure at the back of the neck and on the waist to provide a secure fit, prevent gaps, and protect the wearer’s clothing and skin from exposure.
